How we work
Design
We offer a full design service or package from the
initial inquiry stage, right through to the construction
level drawings for both residential and commercial
sectors. Using AutoCAD software, we are able to deliver
bespoke designs tailored to your individual needs. This
being from a simple 1-2 bedroom chalet or bungalow to
executive style houses.
There are very few
limitations to what can be designed and procured through
Plots & Plans Go Eco with unlimited vision. The
graphic representation allows visualisation of the whole
project’s structure before being built. Not only does
the design show the layout of the rooms but a plan of
the materials that will be used within the construction
of the project.
In consultancy with the ecology consultant, the client
and the local authority (pre-application) this is a
10-unit-based project that will include low carbon, low
energy, sustainable dwellings.
Value of life:
We have impacted many of our clients and their
family’s value of life, especially when children are
involved. For example, for those with a profession
working from home with children, we will ensure that
the new home must provide a home working facility,
plus a safe and secure home for the children, where
the family can socially interact, and where
education is paramount.
One small part of the design philosophy over and
above the sustainable aspects is to purposely design
in a proper dining table arrangement into a
household with children, this then steers parents
and children to naturally sit down properly and eat
and have social interaction. This simple concept has
proven to provide a vast improvement to attitudes
and learning than just letting children sit and eat
off their knees in front of the TV.
Accessibility:
We also take into consideration accessibility. We
fully recognise that the dwellings of our projects
will need to be suitable for a lifetime of living.
Many of our houses include at least one point of
level access, bathrooms to be adaptable for fitting
grab rails, proper turning facilities for
wheelchairs, plus include a power point for a stair
lift should this ever be required.

Birds, Bats & Bees
Wildlife protection and conservation is another key part of the design process. In consultation with Conservation Officers, the suggestion is that our projects are to include an undisturbed arrangement which is to encourage birds, bats and bees.
